Neil Lanham: The Arthur 'Cocky' King Collection, East Suffolk

The two films in this collection were filmed in Ufford, East Suffolk, by Neil Lanham. The films show Arthur 'Cocky' King performing as a country entertainer. He sings 57 traditional songs, accompanied by his 4-stop C melodeon. King intersperses the songs with anecdotes told in a Bromeswell accent and using distinct Suffolk vocabulary.
Neil Lanham recorded the films in September 2007 and May 2009.
